According to Reuters, multiple sources believe that the presidential campaign for Hillary Clinton was hacked in addition to the Democratic National Committee.
This is the latest attack to come to two Democratic Party organizations. The first, when 30,000 DNC e-mails were leaked by Julian Assange and Wikileaks and now, we have learned that the Hillary Clinton campaign has been hacked. While it isn’t known as of now what information the hackers have, Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook has suggested that this was the work of the Russians.
The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s computer network was allegedly breached by Russian individuals, according to U.S. intelligence officials. That breach could provide the hackers access to DCCC fundraising information. That hack was made public Thursday night, just prior to Secretary Clinton officially becoming the Democratic nominee.
