In lieu of her upcoming Town Hall on CNN tonight, Green Party candidate Jill Stein took to Twitter to open fire on Gary Johnson, criticizing the Libertarian candidate for calling Hillary Clinton a “wonderful public servant” during the first Libertarian CNN Town Hall.  Stein also stated that she will be “giving real answers” during her prime-time showing tonight.

In other Jill Stein news from earlier this year, the Green Party nominee gave a keynote address at an event called “Transcending Resistance, Igniting Revolution”. The event took place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from February 26th to the 28th. During this speech, she addressed a question about the “concerns of wireless internet in schools” (at the 1:00 mark)

“We should not subjecting kid’s brains especially to that.. and we don’t follow this issue in our country, but in Europe where they do, you know, they have good precautions about wireless. Maybe not good enough, you know. It’s very hard to study this stuff. You know, we make guinea pigs out of whole populations and then we discover how many die. And this is the paradigm for how public health works in this country.”

Stein has also several other controversial views regarding science. She’s pandered highly to the anti-vaccine crowd, stated that Nuclear energy is “dirty and not needed” and has called for a Donald Trump-like ban on GMO’s until we “figure out what’s going on” or in her exact words “proven safe”.

Now the WiFi theory about the technology being “dangerous” has been debunked time and time again. However, it’s important to note that so far there are no studies that have concluded definitely that wifi damages the human body. While it’s true most Wifi operates at Microwave, 2.4GHz, Frequencies, it’s far too weak to result in any negative action in the skin or even deeper in the human body.

Wifi is also not nearly as strong as a microwave, which operates anywhere from 800-1200+ watts, Wireless routers on average produces at most 251mw or 0.251 Watts, and it’s not even concentrated, as most wireless routers are omni directional and spread the signal over a area.
