- Party leader Mmusi Maimane presented the Democratic Alliance manifesto in South Africa to solicit votes, but fell short on any promises of improving or maintaining liberty within the country. Read more on this story here.
- In a report by Project Veritas it has been revealed that Facebook has been targeting and restricting conservative views and arbitrarily limiting the reach of those they deem to be trolls. Read more on this story here.
- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is set to be indicted by the Attorney General for charges including bribery, fraud, and breach of trust.
Americas
- On 22 February, a federal judge in Texas ruled that the all-male policy regarding Selective Service is unconstitutional meaning that women may become eligible for the draft in the future. Read more on this story here.

- Nick Sandmann, the teen from the Lincoln Memorial controversy, has hired a lawyer to sue for defamation, and is officially suing the Washington Post for $250 million.

- British Prime Minister Theresa May has arranged for a vote in Parliament over a potential no deal and an extension to Article 50, which may delay Brexit.
- Labour Party intends to back a second referendum on Britain’s EU membership after its latest amendment was rejected in the House.
- Environment minister George Eustice has quit the government to protest May’s decision to allow a vote on a possible extension of Article 50.
- French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel are keen to see reassurances about the purpose behind delaying Brexit.
