Cuba has found a cure for global virus for its citizens. The only condition for receiving the state-sponsored vaccination is that inoculated persons can never leave the island. Cuban expatriates are welcome to return to receive the vaccine, provided it is by floating through shark infested waters upon a raft made of tires.
Fooled? Stay critical out there.
