Tom Woods has stated that keeping migrant children in squalid cages is a legitimate role of the federal government. “The right to freedom of movement does not, and should not, apply,” he said on the Tom Woods Show yesterday. Guest Jeffrey A. Tucker echoed Woods’ assertion: “FDR’s Japanese internment camps set a legal precedent the Biden Administration is bound to follow. Jurisprudence dictates that Biden can, and should, deny basic human rights to migrant children. Treating these children as human beings would cause the Biden Administration to lose all credibility.”
