Millennials Are A Bunch of Losers, According to Hillary Clinton

Oh yes, first Hillary Clinton mentions that half of Trump’s supporters are deplorable, and now she claims that Bernie Sanders’ supporters – the bulk of which were millennials – are basically bums. A recent leaked audio recording has Clinton digging into millennials about what she feels are their lapses in judgment. Millennials should have had the foresight to use foundations for pay for play schemes like Clinton did. So, what exactly did she say?

Basement Dwellers

According to Clinton, she knows why millennials do not want to vote for her.

It is not because they believe that there is something deeply wrong with the establishment and status quo. It is not because they were told outrageous lies about society. No, Hillary believes the problem with young voters is that they are entitled brats who live in their parents’ basements. In her own words, “They’re children of the Great Recession. And they are living in their parents’ basement,” Clinton continues saying, “They feel that they got their education and the jobs that are available to them are not at all what they envisioned for themselves. And they don’t see much of a future.” Forget the fact that the recession was caused by policies championed by her and her husband during the nineties.

Elitism

The Democratic Party likes to style itself as the party of the downtrodden and young. They are progressive! They claim to champion the causes that are close to the hearts of the youth and disenfranchised. Nevertheless, once Democrats are in office they do little to actually preserve the rule of law or equalize opportunity. Leaks from the Democratic National Committee have shown that Democrats are all about doling out favors to special interest and donors.

To be fair, both parties are about doing these things. That is fundamentally the problem and the reason why Bernie Sanders (despite his socialist polices) did so well with young voters. He represented something different from the typical meaningless jargon that spews from status quo politicians. Hillary Clinton canvases in $13,000 clothing with $110 million in her bank account that she obtained through selling access to Washington. The thought that she would criticize anyone for complaining about the sort of unfairness she champions and perpetuates is mind blowing. Not to mention that the banks who caused the recession are heavy donors to Clinton’s campaign. Hence the reason that when banks lose tons of money due to poor decisions, they get bailed out by the government, but when young people do the same thing, they need to learn to be more responsible.

The More You Know

Hillary Clinton is the embodiment of a Washington insider and the status quo.

Her primary interest is to continue the failed policies that has ruined the prospects of the young voters she is now courting. The US government has created an economic environment where barriers to entry for individuals and smaller firms remain startlingly high because of unfair privileges given to larger firms. This is at the heart of the reason for the lack of job creation and economic opportunity. Recent gains in technology are primarily seen in the software field because of the inability of Washington to regulate bits – at least for now.

When it comes to atoms (manufacturing), Washington has literally crippled the ability to create anything in America due to excessive regulation, taxation and fees. Hillary only intends to promote more of the same.

  1. That’s a misrepresentation. Even the portion quoted above indicates she was decrying the lack of jobs and opportunities millenials face, not blaming them. Clinton has plenty of genuine policy flaws. Focus on those instead of spinning.
